Setting Up Transsion

 

Learn about Singular's integration with Transsion and how to add Transsion as a partner for Singular's attribution service.

Prerequisites

  1. Integrate the Singular SDK (see instructions).

Configuring Transsion

See Partner Configuration for general instructions for setting up a partner.

Note: If install counts differ between Singular and Transsion, verify whether re-engagement tracking is enabled. Transsion reports new installs and re-engagement installs as a single combined value, while Singular reports them as separate metrics.

2. Send Event Postbacks to Transsion (Optional)

Configure postbacks to notify Transsion about in-app events:

  1. Under Revenue / Event Postbacks, click "+" to add a new event.
  2. Select one of the events reported by the Singular SDK in your app, and map it to corresponding event type supported by Transsion.
  3. If the event involves revenue, check the Send Revenue checkbox.
  4. Repeat for all of your events.
