Special Setup Instructions
Microsoft dashboard setup
Singular will be making reporting API calls to Microsoft on your behalf, so you need to ensure two settings have been enabled to allow Singular to retrieve your marketing data:
1. Under Overview, make sure that Supported account type is set to All Microsoft account users
2. Under Authentication, ensure you have enabled the mobile and desktop redirect URIs as shown in the screenshot below:
3. Check the settings for the Microsoft user credentials you will use to enter into Singular's Data Connector setup page and ensure that the user profile is set to "personal account".
Reporting Conversion Events from Microsoft in Singular
Based on your available events in Microsoft's platform, Singular can pull conversion events from Microsoft which will give you either conversion or revenue values. These are known as "Goals" in your Microsoft Account. The image below shows an example of events that could be available to connect within Singular. See more about Conversion Events here.
