Troubleshooting User Access
Sometimes a user might not be able to see insights for an app. To ensure your users have the correct permissions:
- Go to the Business Settings page on Facebook.
- Go to Accounts > Apps. Find the relevant apps and click Add People to add the user.
- Configure the user and toggle View insights on.
If you cannot find the relevant app ID, it is possible that the app was set up from the AdMon side, which has a different hierarchy. On the FAN platform, there are Properties (similar to Singular's "app") and Apps (equivalent to Singular's "app site"). In this scenario:
- Go to Business Settings.
- Go to Users > People and find the relevant user associated with the data connector.
- Click Add Assets and select Properties.
- Find the relevant property (usually the same name as your app) and grant the user admin access for the property.
