*Partial segments refer to Singular only having the ability to add IDs to the segment that meet the segment criteria. We will not remove any previously sent IDs that once met the criteria, but no longer do.
Q&A
How can I share audience lists with my media partners?
If you have access to the Audiences module in your Singular account, you can create audience segments and share them with your media partners in one of two ways:
1. Manual Export and Upload
You ucan buld an audience in Singular, export the list, and manually upload it to your media partner's platform. This method works well for occasional or one-time uploads.
2. Automated Audience Delivery
If you need to deliver audience lists regularly and automatically, Singular supports integrations with select media partners. To enable this functionality, you must have access to the Audiences module and request a partner integration. The partner may require certain technical details before approving the connection.
How can I integrate a media partner to receive automated audience list updates for my campaign?
Singular currently offers distribution connections through the following options:
1. S3 Bucket Integration:
- We will need the bucket credentials.
- A file will be sent per segment, each containing a list of device IDs.
- Should we split the files per segment or OS?
- Which columns should be included in the files?
- Preferred file format (CSV or JSON)?
2. API Integration:
- Please share the test credentials and relevant audience API documentation.
- Let us know if there are any specific requirements we need to meet.
