How to Configure Flexible Postbacks (Advanced)

The flexible postbacks settings give you finer control over the data that Singular sends to your partners in postbacks. These additional settings let you disable install postbacks, update the default postback URL, configure the lookback window type and length for event postbacks, and more.

Flexible postbacks are not enabled by default. If you're interested, reach out to your Singular customer success manager.

  • Tracker Campaign Name Filter: Use this field to restrict postbacks to the specific campaigns you mention. Leave this field blank to have Singular send postbacks for all campaigns.
  • Update Postback URL: Ordinarily, partner networks let Singular know which URL to send postbacks to. But in special cases where you are asked by the partner to have postbacks sent to a different URL, you can enter it here. You should also ask the partner to provide you with the complete URL to reduce the chance of errors.
