Some of Singular's partners limit access to user-level data to third parties in order to protect users' privacy.
This includes:
- Data passed in internal BI postbacks
- Data exported in user-level data destinations and user-level exports
- Data shared with third-party analytics platforms
To get data from the following partners, note the conditions.
Amazon Ads
- Access to user-level data attributed through the Amazon MMP is not allowed. Any fields normally identifying a Amazon Ads attribution are marked as "Unattributed".
- Amazon Ads' user-level data is removed 1 month after the original attribution. After 1 months, users attributed to Amazon Ads are then treated/marked as "Organic" (and appear as such in both aggregate and user-level reporting in Singular).
-
Access to user-level data attributed through the Facebook MMP is not allowed. Any fields normally identifying a Facebook attribution are marked as "Unattributed". Exceptions where user-level data is available:
- Android install attributions derived through the Meta Referrer
- iOS re-engagement attributions from AEM app engagement campaigns
- Facebook user-level data is removed 6 months after the original attribution. After 6 months, users attributed to Facebook are then treated/marked as "Organic" (and appear as such in both aggregate and user-level reporting in Singular).
Google Ads (Adwords)
- User-level data is removed 6 months after the original attribution. After 6 months, users attributed to Google Ads are treated/marked as "Organic" (and appear as such in both aggregate and user-level reporting in Singular).
- Pinterest does not allow access to user-level data. Any fields normally identifying a conversion or event attributed to Pinterest are marked as "Unattributed".
- Raw touchpoint data (clicks and impressions) from Pinterest is omitted from user-level export logs and user-level data destinations (ETL).
- These policies apply only to user-level data. Pinterest attribution data is available in aggregated reports.
- Reddit's data-sharing policies have the following restrictions applied to Reddit attributed users-level data:
- Click-through conversions have no restrictions on campaign metadata. Click timestamps have date only, and no time.
- Access to user-level view-through data is restricted. Reddit view-through conversions are marked as "Reddit Restricted", and granular campaign values are omitted.
- Raw touchpoint data (clicks and impressions) from Reddit is omitted from user-level export logs and user-level data destinations (ETL).
Snapchat
- Snapchat's data-sharing policies prevent sharing "Snapchat data" with third parties. "Snapchat data" encompasses any data pertaining to an advertising ID belonging to a Snapchat user.
- Access to user-level view-through data is restricted. Snap view-through attributions are only identified as source "Snapchat" and granular campaign values and timestamps are restricted.
TikTok
- TikTok user-level data is removed 6 months after the original attribution. After 6 months, users attributed to TikTok are treated/marked as "Organic" (and appear as such in both aggregate and user-level reporting in Singular).
- Access to user-level view-through data is not allowed. Any fields normally identifying a TikTok view-through attribution are marked as "TikTok Restricted"
X (formerly Twitter)
- Ensure with your X point of contact that your X ad account is eligible to receive device-level attributed X data.
- X user-level data is removed 6 months after the original attribution. After 6 months, users attributed to X are treated/marked as "Organic" (and appear as such in both aggregate and user-level reporting in Singular).
- X's end-users have the ability to opt out of sharing data with third parties. Singular respects this choice by not reporting these users as attributed to X in user-level data (BI postbacks, exports), but they are still included in aggregate reporting.
