Auto-Tracked Events

Singular will track "auto-generated" events if an SDK or S2S integration is enabled. These auto-generated events are available in Internal BI postbacks.

The table below documents a few of these common auto-generated events, how they can be enabled in your Internal BI configuration, and the event_name you can receive once they're enabled:

Event Postback event_name When It is Tracked How to Configure in Internal BI Postbacks
Install __START__ Automatically tracked when sessions are being sent via the SDK or S2S integration. Automatically enabled if the Internal BI integration is configured
Session __SESSION__ Automatically tracked when sessions are being sent via the SDK or S2S integration. If configured as an event postback, this is also triggered with an Install or Re-engagement postback. Selected __SESSION__ from the "Event postbacks" section when configuration Internal BI Postbacks"
SDK Revenue __iap__ Tracked if revenue is reported via the revenue method in the Singular iOS SDK or Android SDK Select __iap__ from the "Event postbacks" section when configuration Internal BI Postbacks"
Any Revenue __REVENUE__ Tracked if any revenue is tracked. For example, the __REVENUE__ event will trigger whenever revenue from the SDK via __iap__ is triggered and also triggered if you are reporting revenue via S2S with an event name like "purchase". Select __REVENUE__ from the "Event postbacks" section when configuration Internal BI Postbacks. Please note that this should generally not be used if you also have __iap__ configured. This could result in duplicate revenue being sent in postbacks."
Uninstall __UNINSTALL__ Automatically tracked if uninstall is enabled for your iOS or Android app, and at least one uninstall has been tracked. If an uninstall is detected for a device, it is triggered once a day. Select __UNINSTALL__ from the "Event postbacks" section when configuration Internal BI Postbacks"
Reinstall __REINSTALL__ Automatically tracked if uninstall is enabled via the SDK/S2S. If an __UNINSTALL__ for a device is tracked, and then a subsequent __SESSION__ is triggered, the __REINSTALL__ event is also triggered Select __REINSTALL__ from the "Event postbacks" section when configuration Internal BI Postbacks"
Rejected Install __REJECT__ Automatically tracked if fraud postbacks are enabled. __REJECT__ will be triggered to notify on a rejected install (i.e when attribution decision is changed by fraud prevention). In such cases, a __START__ will be triggered with the final attribution information. Check "Enable Fraud Postbacks" on the Internal BI integration
