Singular’s web-to-app attribution solutions empower marketers to run web campaigns that drive app installs across mobile, PC, and console platforms. By leveraging Singular’s integration with Partner Conversion APIs, app installs and post-install events (such as in-app or in-game actions) are seamlessly sent for in-platform optimization, enabling more effective campaign performance and ROI maximization.

Web-to-App Integration Options

Web-to-App: Web Ad Click → Landing Page → CTA Click → Download/Install

This flow, referred to as Web to App (W2A) attribution in Singular, tracks web campaigns where users are redirected to a landing page and click a CTA to install your app.

How it Works:

  • Web SDK Tracking: Singular’s Web SDK tracks the visit to the landing page.
  • CTA Integration: The landing page includes Singular’s Mobile Web to App link behind the CTA. When clicked, users are redirected to the app store for download and installation.

In this flow, web campaigns send users directly to the app store (mobile, PC, or console) to download the app or game.

How it Works:

  • Web Ad Integration: The Web Ad includes a Singular Link designed for PC/Console. When clicked, users are redirected to the app store for download and installation.

Key Benefits:

  • No Landing Page Required: Users are taken straight to the store, simplifying the user journey.
  • Direct Attribution: Singular attributes installs directly to the Singular link click, which includes partner click IDs for forwarding in Conversion API integrations.

Note: When targeting mobile installs, it's best to create separate web campaigns for iOS and Android to optimize performance for each platform.

Singular’s web-to-app attribution captures web click IDs, which can be forwarded to network partner Conversion APIs during install and post-install events to optimize web campaigns. Additional attributes, such as hashed PII, can also be sent for partner attribution and optimization.
