Learn how Singular supports attribution and pulling advertising cost data for TVSquared campaigns to display in your Singular reports.
Setup Instructions
Singular supports sending all install data to TVSquared so they can measure the performance of your campaign. TVSquared does not yet support sharing real-time impression or click data to allow Singular to attribute installs to their media inventory at this time.
Attribution:
In order to share all install data to allow TVSquared's platform to report attribution for your campaign, you need the following information:
- Site ID
- Collector ID
These can be found in your TVSquared (InnovidXP) platform under: Data > Responses > Tracker Instructions (Step 1).
Create a New Postback Configuration
- Log in to Singular and navigate to Attribution > Partner Configuration > + New Partner (TVSquared)
- Select the App
- Input the Site ID and Collector ID corresponding to the app campaign.
- Select "Send All" installs and optionally select if you want TVSquared to also attribute re-engagements to their campaign. If so, also select to send all Re-Engagement attribution events.
- Lastly, select the In App Events that you would also like to send to TVSquared.
- Click Save to complete the setup.
- Note: TVSquared does not support Singular tracking links at this time.
Cost Integration:
You will need three pieces of information from the TVSquared team:
- Username and password to access the reporting API
- A dedicated Partner Domain (api-xx) ID that is unique to your business. To obtain your Partner Domain (in the format api-xx), please contact the TVSquared Support team: support-xp@innovid.com. Be sure to request that your data is configured with a dedicated Partner Domain so that Singular can retrieve your advertising cost data.
Set Up a Data Connector
- Log in to Singular and navigate to Settings > Data Connector > + Add Data Connector (TVSquared)
- Add your reporting API username, password and Partner Domain (api-xx) from the TVSquared team to enable data retrieval via their reporting API.
