Special Instructions
Cost Changes:
As of August 1, 2024, AppLovin has changed all of their reporting APIs to return Probabilistic Cost. Previously they had a specific API that was used to report probabilistic cost down to the Creative level. However, now all of their reporting APIs will be reflecting probabilistic cost. Please reach out to AppLovin support if you have questions about this change. Singular automatically started reflecting probabilistic cost along with their changes.
SKAdNetwork installs:
Since the release of iOS 14, Applovin has been sending data for iOS campaigns based on SKAdNetwork installs. We do not get Sub-campaign/Creative level data for iOS.
Creative Files:
To access creative files the AppLovin reports, the Campaign Management API Key along with the Axon Account ID are required when adding the Data Connector. Without both credentials the data will not be available.

You can find your Campaign Management API key in the Axon dashboard. Click your account in the top right of the dashboard and select Keys.
- If you can't find the key, it means your account probably doesn't have the necessary permissions.
- In this case please reach out to the AppLovin support.
- And please leave both Account ID and Campaign Management API Key empty, so your connector can still work without pulling creative assets.
- If you can't find the key, it means your account probably doesn't have the necessary permissions.

To find your account_id, click your account in the top right of the Axon dashboard and select Go to settings. Your account ID is the number that follows your account name.
- The Account ID and Campaign Management API Key are only required to pull Creative Assets, hence they are optional and you can leave it blank if you don't have these data. For the Campaign, Creative info and Cost you only need the Report Key.
